Training With Don-A-Matrix is Training for Real!

I joined a group session with a Donamatrix trainer and I can honestly say after that first session, I was sore like never before. I've worked out with many trainers in the past but never had the after effects like I did after my Donamatrix sessions.

They pushed and motivated me and the others in the group without being too tough. I recommend training with Don and his trainers to anyone if you're ready for real results. I'm really looking forward to my next session!
