I'm so excited! my workout last night Thursday @ 7pm was 10 deep, the most I've had!! we gots down, I'm loving instructing the Matrix workout, it's the best most innovative workout around!Always makes me feel like a superhero!!!I love making others feel like that too!!! Always be ready, because when you hit the Matrix floor it's go hard or take your bleep home!!! Urrrrrrrrrr!!

Yesterday was my first experience at Fit Factory. So much energy in class. Music is amp all the way up. Keeps you going! Great workout!!! My body feels good.

Damn we got down today!!! I put in 3 DMT workouts today, but that's nothing! DB does it on a regular basis!!! As an instructor, I have to always be ready to Donamized any and everybody that hits the Matrix floor!!!!Thanks so much to DB, and Teri for all you do!!! You guys are great!!!
